At The Fight Factory, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your training; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number and the details of the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for signs of wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
